Application
DN1510 is used for bonding recycled rubber granules and EPDM granules in mould production system under high temperature and high pressure to produce rubber tiles, mats, rolls, sheets, speed bump and wheels.
1. DN1670 and DN1510 is good in making rubbr tiles, rubber wheels and rubber mat. DN1510 is fast in drying time. Flexibility of DN1670 is better than DN1510. DN1610-J is good in making rubber rolls and rubber sheet.
1. About the ratio of rubber to binder, the smaller the rubber crumb is, the more the binder will be used. For rubber tiles with a Size of 500mm*500mm* 20mm at 150ºC, DN1670 demould time is around 16 minutes,
Size of 500mm*500mm* 230mm at 150ºC, DN1670 demould time is around 21 minutes.
